Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- oil for deep frying
Tartar Sauce
- 2 boiled egg
- 1/4 cup pickles chopped finely
- 1/4 onion chopped finely
- 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut each salmon fillet into 2 to 4 pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper
- Coat the salmon with flour, dip in egg, then cover with bread crumbs.
- Heat deep frying oil to 350 F (180 C), and deep fry the fish until the color turns golden brown for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice.
- Mix all the ingredients for the tartar sauce and serve with the fried fish.
