Ingredients

Tartar Sauce

  • 2 boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup pickles (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Cut each salmon fillet into 2 to 4 pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  • Coat the salmon with flour, dip in egg, then cover with bread crumbs.
  • Heat deep frying oil to 350 F (180 C), and deep fry the fish until the color turns golden brown for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the tartar sauce and serve with the fried fish.
