Honey Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 12-16 chicken wings
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp Katakuriko potato starch or corn starch
- deep-frying oil
Honey Sesame Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Remove moisture from chicken wings with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make honey sesame sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- Mix flour and potato starch, and coat the chicken wings. Remove excess flour.
- Heat oil at medium high heat, and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, turning a couple of times.
- Put fried chicken in the sauce and coat well. Serve immediately.
