Miso Soup with Onion Pork Belly Tofu

Ingredients
- 1/2 brown onion
- 1/2 Tofu about 7 oz (200 g)
- 5 oz pork belly thinly sliced
- 4 cups Dashi
- 4 Tbsp Miso paste
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- Thinly slice the brown onion. Cut the tofu into small cubes and the pork into strips.
- Bring the Dashi to a boil, then add the brown onion and pork. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Dissolve the miso paste in the soup. Top with sliced green onion. Serve immediately.
