Ingredients
- 1 sweet or brown onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Peel the onion and slice into 1 1/2" thick medallions.
- Heat a large frying pan with olive oil. Cook the onion at medium to medium low heat covered for 10 minutes, turning once.
- Add the butter and soy sauce. Coat the onion with the sauce.
