Smacked Cucumber Salad
Quick and easy cucumber salad with a hint of red chili and ginger
Equipment
- Rolling Pin or pestle
Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Smack the cucumber on a cutting board using a rolling pin or pestle until it starts to break apart. Break into smaller pieces by hand or use a knife to cut into pieces.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to make the dressing. Add the cucumber pieces and mix well.
