Miso Soup with Pea Sprouts and Eggs

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Make the Dashi broth according to the recipe (or use instant dashi packet) and bring to a boil.
  • Add the pea sprouts and bring back to the boil. Beat the eggs and slowly add to the soup. Cook for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Dissolve the miso paste.
