Miso Soup made with frozen seafood mix
- 4 cups Dashi
- 1/2 onion (sliced 1/4 thick)
- 2 cups napa cabbage (sliced 1/4 thick)
- 2 cups frozen seafood mix (thawed)
- 4 tbsp miso paste
Make the Dashi broth according to the recipe or use an instant dashi packet or powder. Bring the dashi to a boil and add the sliced onion and napa cabbage. Cover and cook at medium low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the frozen seafood mix and boil until cooked through (depending on the size of the seafood in the mix.) Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso paste.
