Coffee Jelly with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp gelatin (about 10g)
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups coffee (480ml)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, soak the gelatin in water for a couple of minutes. Add the sugar and hot coffee, and stir until the gelatin is melted.
  • Transfer to a baking dish or something similar and let cool. Refrigerate until set about 3 to 4 hours.
  • Spoon the jelly into a glass or a bowl and top with vanilla ice cream.
