Miso soup with thinly sliced shabu shabu pork and leafy green lettuce
- 6 leaves leafy green lettuce
- 7 oz very thinly sliced pork
- 4 cups Dashi
- 4 Tbsp miso paste
Tear lettuce leaves apart into smaller pieces. Cut sliced pork in half.
Make dashi with a dashi packet. Dissolve the miso paste in the dashi. Add lettuce, and swish the pork one slice at a time in the soup. When the meat is cooked through, remove from heat. Serve immediately.
