Make Dashi using an instant Dashi packet. Or make broth according to our Dashi recipe.
Remove stems and cut Shiitake mushrooms thinly. Cut sliced pork thinly.
Add Shiitake and pork to the Dashi broth and cook for a couple of minutes.
Dissolve Miso Paste in the Dashi broth. Add baby spinach in the end and cook for a minute. Serve immediately.
