Instructions 

  • Make Salmon Flakes and Steamed Rice according to the recipes.
  • Mix Steamed Rice with Salmon Flakes and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  • Wet hands with water. Divide rice mixture in quarters. Place the 1/4 rice in one hand, press and form into a triangle shape and wrap with a sheet of roasted seaweed.
