Ingredients

Dashi
(any kind)

Soy Sauce

Steamed Rice

eggs

green onion
(chopped)
Instructions
Cook Dashi, salt, Soy Sauce, and Sake together in a pot at medium heat. When the soup starts boiling, add rice. Cook for 5-10 minutes until reaching your desired thickness.
Beat eggs in a bowl, slowly pour into the rice, and stir.
Top with chopped green onion.
