Crunchy grilled rice balls with a soy-butter glaze
Make plain Onigiri and set aside.
Heat frying pan on medium low heat and melt butter. Place Onigiri in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Brush soy sauce on the surface and cook for 30 seconds - 1 min more per each side. (Watch carefully because it will burn quickly!)
