Japanese-style barbecue sauce

Ingredients
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp ginger root (grated)
- 1 tsp garlic (grated)
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except sesame oil in a pot. Stir and cook until it starts to boil. Remove from heat, and add sesame oil.
