  • Chop onion and carrot finely.
  • Heat oil in a wok or frying pan at medium heat. Cook meat, breaking up into small pieces. Add onion and carrot, and cook until vegetables are tender. Add steamed rice, and cook further. Mix in peas. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, and cook for a couple of minutes.
