In a small bowl, add gelatin and 3 tablespoons of water (taken from the 2 cup of water listed in the ingredients), stir, and set aside for at least 5 minutes.
Cut fruits into bite-size pieces, or leave them whole if you prefer. Set aside.
Combine the remaining water, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot, and heat until very warm, making sure the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, add the softened gelatin, and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
Place the fruits in glass cups and pour the gelatin mixture over them. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
