Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp oil

Garlic Sauce

Instructions

  • Thinly slice 2 cloves of garlic and grate 1 clove. Set both aside. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
  • Heat oil with the sliced garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove the garlic once it turns lightly browned and crispy. In the same pan, cook the chicken thighs. If using skin-on thighs, start cooking skin side down. Cook for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook the other side covered until fully cooked through. Remove the chicken and let it rest while making the sauce.
  • In the same pan, add all the ingredients for the garlic sauce and bring to a boil for 30 seconds. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, pour the sauce over, and top with the garlic chips.
