Ham Katsu Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 pieces Ham Katsu
4 slices sandwich bread

Instructions

Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a plate.
Coat Ham Katsu with the sauce. Place one Katsu in the middle of a slice of bread. Then cover with another slice of bread. Cut off the bread crust, and cut the bread diagonally to make 2 triangle pieces. Repeat for a second sandwich.
