Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Chop brown onion and garlic finely. Heat a frying pan with oil, and cook garlic until aromatic. Then add onion and cook until soft but not browned. Let the mixture cool.
Meanwhile, combine panko bread crumbs and milk in a medium bowl and set aside. Chop parsley finely.
In a large bowl, put beef and pork ground meat, egg, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Then add cooled onion, bread crumbs, and chopped parsley, and mix very well.
Oil a ring-shaped mold, and pack 1/2 of the meat mixture. Place boiled eggs at equal intervals. Pack the rest of the meat. Bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through.
Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Pour the juice from the meatloaf into a saucepan. Add the ingredients for the sauce, and cook and reduce for a couple of minutes.
Carefully unmold the meatloaf, and pour the sauce over it. Garnish with vegetables and potatoes or rice as desired.
