Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Make Dashi broth according to Dashi recipe. Or you can use an instant Dashi. Cut green onion finely, and and dice tofu.
  • Add kimchi and tofu in Dashi broth and bring to a boil.
  • Turn off the heaat, and dissolve miso paste in the soup. Add green onions.
