Miso Soup with Napa Cabbage, Onion, and Tenkasu

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Make Dashi broth according to Dashi recipe. Or you can use an instant Dashi.
  • Cut napa cabbage and onion into 1/4" thick. Boil cabbage and onion in the dashi broth for 7-8 minutes.
  • Dissolve miso paste in the soup. Serve in a bowl and top with Tenkasu.
