Onigiri rice balls stuffed with soy-ginger beef

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Put some rice in a rice bowl.
  • Wet hands with water and add salt. Place 1/2 cup rice in one hand, put 1 Tbsp beef in the middle of rice.
  • Add some more rice over beef. Press and form into a triangle shape
  • Wrap with a sheet of roasted seaweed. Repeat and make 4 pieces.
