Ingredients
- 1/2 brown onion (medium)
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp oil (neutral flavored)
Instructions
- Grate onion. Put the onion and the rest of the ingredients, except oil, in a small pot. Cook at medium heat, and let boil for a couple of minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Whisk in oil.
