Salmon Flakes is one of my favorite dishes I frequently make from Japanese Cooking 101. Here I made Salmon Onigiri, Steamed Rice mixed in with Salmon Flakes. Onigiri rice ball is great food for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Keep your Salmon Flakes in the freezer, and you can add it frozen to hot Steamed Rice. Wrap with Nori roasted seaweed, and your easy light meal is done. Try it, you’ll love it!

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Salmon Flakes
- 2 cups Steamed Rice
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 sheets Nori Roasted Seaweed small
Instructions
- Make Salmon Flakes and Steamed Rice according to the recipes.
- Mix Steamed Rice with Salmon Flakes and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Wet hands with water. Divide rice mixture in quarters. Place the 1/4 rice in one hand, press and form into a triangle shape and wrap with a sheet of roasted seaweed.
